This is an opportunity for participants to consider what can be achieved multinationally that could not be done by individual countries. What would be the added value of a network of senior science advisors, both in the international arena (global issues) and to individual countries (peer support for domestic issues)? Day 2 will consider the following questions:
Developing a common approach for giving advice multi-nationally to international bodies: What is the place of a multi-national approach for science advice?
What issues necessitate multi-lateral thinking?
